Approvals

Invincible Colliery

The Minister for Planning, Frank Sartor, approved the Development Application for the Invincible Colliery allowing for the current phase of extraction using open cut mining methods in September 2006.

Cullen Valley Mine

The Minister for Infrastructure and Planning, Craig Knowles, approved the Development Application for the Cullen Valley Mine allowing for the current phase of extraction using open cut mining methods in 2004.
