Coalpac is currently seeking a Project Approval under Part 3A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 to consolidate and extend coal mining operations and manage these sites under a single, contemporary planning approval (the Consolidation Project).

 

The Coalpac Environmental Assessment will be available for public comment from this link from April 10th 2012.


With the EA available for public consultation Coalpac hopes that you will take the time to review it and provide the Department of Planning and Infrastructure with your feedback.
